Echoes of Resistance: Knocking on Freedom's Door
In a liberated Palestine, the descendants of three refugees build a monument at the border, symbolizing their ancestors' continuous resistance and reclaimed rights. They metaphorically knocked on the tank, achieving freedom. In Ghassan Kanafani's "Men in the Sun," three refugees perish in a water tank, unable to knock for help. This monument honors their struggle and the enduring spirit of the Palestinian people.
